Hanska Brésil is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design where she earned a BFA in Interior Design. While studying at SCAD, Hanska developed her creative boundaries by taking a wide range of design classes such as 3D design, interior rendering, electronic design, and lighting. Having a background in fine art, she continued to explore various media such as Chinese painting, charcoal, oil painting, and sculpture. Two of her paintings are a part of SCAD’s permanent collection. Her interest in the arts began when she was barely old enough to hold a paint brush. At the age of 9, Hanska began to take professional art lessons at the Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. At 16, her family moved to south Florida where she studied Visual Arts at Miami-Dade College before continuing her studies at SCAD. Since then, Hanska has earned several commissions to produce a unique body of work. Her creativity continues to evolve as she takes on new challenges. Her designs and creativity are currently focused on digital art and furniture design. Hanska has gained valuable professional experience through her work history, and she credits her artistic side to her late father, Henri Robert Brésil.
